Now Hiring: Roofer
We're looking for dependable roofers for residential and light-commercial tear-offs, shingle and metal installs, and repair work. Stable crews, company vehicle, paid training, and a real path to running your own crew.
What You'll Do
- • Tear off old roofing, inspect decking, and replace rotted sheathing
- • Install underlayment, drip edge, flashing, and ice and water shield
- • Lay asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roof systems to manufacturer specs
- • Complete job documentation and customer walkthroughs
- • Follow fall protection procedures and run a magnet sweep before leaving every site
Requirements
- • Current fall protection training (OSHA 10 preferred; we'll train the right candidate)
- • 1+ years on a roofing crew (entry-level laborers with construction experience considered)
- • Able to run a nail gun, cut and bend flashing, snap layout lines, and read a materials takeoff
- • Valid driver's license; must pass MVR, background check, and drug screen
- • Able to lift ~75 lbs (a bundle of shingles), work at heights, and climb ladders all day
Preferred
- • Manufacturer installer certifications (shingle or metal roofing systems)
- • Standing seam metal or low-slope membrane experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday typical; on-call/after-hours rotation as needed.
