Roof Maintenance Plans in Maplewood
Everything expensive that happens to a roof started out cheap. A lifted tab, a cracked pipe boot, a gutter holding water against the fascia: each costs little the season it appears and plenty the season after. A maintenance plan exists to catch problems while they’re still in the cheap phase.
Maplewood’s subdivisions aged in lockstep, so when a storm season turns rough, the whole town calls roofers the same week. Plan members don’t wait in that line.
What the Plan Covers
Once a year we put a roofer on your roof, not a salesman. The visit is a full photo inspection of shingles, flashings, boots, and the attic side, plus debris cleared from the valleys and a check of gutter pitch and outlets. Small fixes happen on the spot: a popped nail sealed, a loose tab hand-sealed back down. You get the photo report every time, and that documented history is exactly what shingle warranty claims and storm paperwork lean on later.
Members also get priority scheduling after storms and first call on any gutter repair or shingle work the report turns up.
Pricing and tiers are on the main maintenance plans page, and everything else we do locally is on the Maplewood service page.
