We dry in fast, with synthetic underlayment down the same week the sheathing goes on, then return for final roofing without holding up your siding or trim crews. Step and kick-out flashing get set before the wall finish, when they’re cheap and easy, and attic ventilation is balanced at the plan stage instead of patched in later. We’ll also hang gutters and downspouts sized to the actual roof area, not whatever is on the truck.
