Roof Inspection in Cedar Grove
Nobody climbs on their own roof, and on the steep farmhouse pitches along Cedar Creek Road, nobody should. So roofs out here get judged from the ground, and the ground hides everything that matters: bruised shingles, lifted flashing, the moss line creeping up a shaded north slope. An inspection puts trained eyes on the surfaces you can’t see and hands you the findings in writing.
What We Look At
We walk every slope, check the flashing at chimneys, walls, and valleys, probe for soft decking, read the granule wear against the roof’s age, and get into the attic when access allows, because the underside of the decking tells on leaks the topside hides. The report comes back with photos and a plain verdict: sound, repairable, or aging out, with a price beside each path.
Cedar Grove roofs under heavy canopy earn a look more often than roofs in the open. Buyers and sellers use our reports to settle negotiations, and after hail moves through, the same documentation becomes the backbone of a claim, which is where insurance claim assistance picks up.
Prefer to never think about scheduling it? An annual inspection is built into our maintenance plans. What the report covers is on our roof inspection page, and everything else is on the Cedar Grove page.
